Members keen to hear first hand about the Maleny Precinct
Over 60 members and guests registered to attend the last Maleny Commerce meeting - the biggest to date!
Cr Jenny McKay and Fox Rogers drew in the crowds who wanted to hear first hand about the plans for the Maleny Precinct.
Fox Rogers, Maleny Precinct Project Manager gave an overview of the project plans to date and was on hand to answer tough and burning questions from our members.
It is the aim of Maleny Commerce for 2010 to continue to address key issues such as this and allow members to provide feedback and have their say.
Maleny Commerce AGM
The Maleny Commerce 2010 AGM was held on Tuesday 2nd March at the Maleny Hotel. This was incorporated as a part of our monthly meeting and will included guest speakers George Pegoraro and Stuart Arden from Travelsmart, who gave attendees an insight into the Public Transport Levy and how this will benefit the Maleny community.
