You're Invited to our AGM As our AGM falls on Valentine's Day this year, we thought it fitting to highlight the wedding industry at this breakfast function. The Maleny wedding industry is a significant portion of the local economy, generating an estimated $12 million a year for Maleny alone. Fresh from the recent successful Wedding Expo, Marlene Murray from Maleny Manor has managed to find time in her busy schedule to update us on the current state of the wedding industry. Marlene has been part of the local wedding industry for 13 years, and is President of Maleny Montville Wedding Professionals, and association of local wedding suppliers. Nominations to join the Maleny Commerce Executive Committee are open, the nomination form is available to download on our website.
